"I had a very pleasant stay"
I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly and check-in was quick and smooth. The location is also very convenient with many restaurants and stores nearby. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again in the future.

Been coming here since me and my girlfriend were together and we love it everytime it’s in the perfect location in flushing were there are many cultural restaurants and shopping malls the summer time is the best especially with the rooftop bar , love it and definitely will be coming back

A special thanks to the reception staff—Shen was amazing and made the check-in process very smooth and welcoming. He also helped us with a great parking space, which made everything even easier.

"Fantastic experience...colleagues who truly care"
I had a fantastic experience at the Parc Hotel due to your amazing colleagues who truly care. Jerry at the front desk helped me at check in and was very genuine. I appreciated his pride in doing great work and giving good customer service. I had a great room with a good view, I just an issue with my TV not working properly....they offered me a room upgrade to an even higher floor(11th floor, originally on 10th floor). I was enthusiastic when I saw my new room which was an executive bedroom with a suite. It was perfect for our stay and I definitely will book a room of that type in the future. Jerry, Joseph, and Chuck were the highlight of my stay and treated me great. I hope to see all three when I come back!!
"Room was clean and larger than expected"
We had a great stay at Parc Hotel. They were extremely accommodating when we requested to check in several hours early. Our room was clean and larger than expected given the size of the property. Rooms are also well-appointed with a minifridge which was really useful for our stay. All of our needs were met and when we asked for extra towels and pillows, we received both quickly. The staff are also welcoming and friendly. The hotel is also walking distance from the Queens Botanical gardens, several great places to eat and close to the Billie Jean tennis Center. Being able to walk there saves a ton of money in Uber fees which were easily $50-$60 per trip during the US Open. Would absolutely stay here again.

Best place you can stay close to the airport especially for that price. Breakfast was minimal but good. Not great GF options. Elevators are a little slow but rooms are clean with good bathrooms and comfy beds. We booked very last minute and they were able to accommodate us without issues.
"Exceptional"
This stay was definitely worth the money. The location was excellent if you like china town. Clean, breakfast was normal, and they have a gym. It would have been nice if they had a USB port in our room, and they have to send ice to your room. Otherwise I have no complaints.
